Ingredients

  • Flour 1 cup+1tbsp
  • 1/3 cupSugar
  • 1/3 cupButter
  • 1Egg
  • 1/3 cupGrind groundnut

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl add in butter and sugar and mix,add in egg and mix again

  2. 2

    Add in grind groundnut and flour and mix

  3. 3

    Mold into balls and press down to flatten the balls with your palm

  4. 4

    Coat the flatten balls with grind groundnut,arrange in baking tray and bake for 15minutes @180°
