  • Onions
  • Fresh Chillies
  • Garlic
  • Seasoning
  • Mixed spice
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Choppe onions to desired shape.set aside

  2. 2

    Cut liver and set aside

  3. 3

    Chrush onions and set aside.

  4. 4

    Slice chillies into 2

  5. 5

    In a pan saute in onions and chilles for 3mins.

  6. 6

    Add liver and seasoning saute for 10 mins add in garlic and spice.saute for 5 min and its done.
