Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhite urad dal
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 1/2 cupcurry patta
  7. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the dal for 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Strain and grind it.

  3. 3

    In a bowl put the dal.

    Mix salt.black pepper and hing in it

  5. 5

    Heat 1 tsp oil and put curry patta in it when roast mix in the dal

  6. 6

    Mix well.

    Heat oil.

  8. 8

    Make small vadas and fry them till golden brown.

  9. 9

    Serve with chutney or Sambhar.
