Easy Lasagna Easy Lasagna
On the back of a box of Mullers Pasta, there is a recipe for an "easy lasagna bake." I've tweaked their recipe over the years. I like hot Italian sausage in mine but it's also good with sweet sausage, ground beef, or even ground turkey. This is very filling and affordable. It costs under $15.00 to make. It's about the size of a family-sized lasagna dinner you find in the frozen section at the supermarket but tastier. #Fakeaway frozen lasagna. Raven -

Weeknight Veggie Lasagna Weeknight Veggie Lasagna
This recipe is a two-fer, one lasagna for now and one for later. Don’t bother telling me you only need one lasagna, you absolutely need a lasagna for your freezer. Kath -my mom- always had/has a lasagna in the freezer for the days she is either too busy to cook or is too tired to whip up something new, a tradition I have also taken to heart. A layered pasta pie is the perfect meal to have either in your undies on the couch while watching trash TV after a long day or to pull out of the oven and delight friends with to celebrate any occasion. This recipe makes 1 large/1 small or 2 medium lasagnas - trust me, you need a lasagna for now and one to have in the freezer for later. This is a Mexican take on lasagna. Corn tortillas stand in for the pasta. It's a quick layering of seasoned beef with lots of melted cheese for a sputhwestern flavor. fenway -

Goat cheese turkey lasagna Goat cheese turkey lasagna
I have to say I'm very proud of this lasagna though its not the normal traditional lasagna but that's ok. I came up with this awesome recipe because my oldest daughter won't eat cottage or ricotta cheese in regular lasagna so i got creative and came up with something delicious that resembles cottage / ricotta cheese with goat cheese crumbles and whipped cream cheese. Don't use regular style cream cheese as I don't think it will work out and I used leaner ground turkey instead of fatty ground beef for my husband. My husband raved over it and even took a left over slice to work with him and he never eats left overs lol. The rao's marinara sauce is a little pricey but its worth it and I wouldn't use anything else but I guess you could. It just might alter the flavor a little bit. Here is a little tip to make sure you have enough for each layer to quickly put it all together. I'll pre measure the goat cheese mixture out into 3 almost 1 cup portions and I have even done that to the meat sauce as well into 4 1 1/2 almost cup portions as it make it easier for me to easily put it all together. You can make this lasagna a head of time uncooked or cooked covered and refrigerated till ready to cook or heat up. I personally think lasagna taste better the next day when all the flavors really come together. If you try this let me know what you think. 😉 ❤✌ carrie -
Quick and Easy Lasagna Quick and Easy Lasagna
My husband likes his lasagna thick, saucy, and cheesy. I like a lasagna that tastes good, has enough leftovers to freeze for a second dinner later, and doesn't break the bank! This is the recipe I came up with to fit the bill. holly.baxter.3701 -
Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Spaghetti Squash Lasagna
Just a lighter alternative to pasta but with all the classic flavors of lasagna. You can roast the squash up to a day ahead of time to make this a quicker weeknight meal option. For a larger serving amount, simply roast 2 squash and double the rest of the ingredients. This is also delicious with extra veggies added in, such as mushrooms, zucchini coins, diced bell peppers or some spinach. Just incorporate cooking the veggies in the skillet in steps 3-4. Christina
