  2. as neededGreen chutney
  3. 2 tbspTamarind sweet chutney
  4. as neededGarlic chutney
  5. as neededSev to sprinkle
  6. to tasteChaat masala, to sprinkle
  7. 1finely chopped onion
  8. 1finely chopped tomato
  9. 2boiled potatoes
  10. as neededOil, to deep fry
  11. as neededSweet Curd

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the leftover roti in a round shape using cookie cutter than fry it until crisp.

  2. 2

    Place the fried roti on the plate and keep finely chopped onion, tomatoes and potatoes on roti.

  3. 3

    Pour sweet, tamarind and garlic chutney on the puri. Pour some sweet curd and sprinkle chaat masala and sev on it.

    Leftover roti Chaat is ready to serve.
