Ingredients

  • 5Big chilli
  • 1 cup +3tbspBesan flour
  • 1 tbspRice flour
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspAsafoedita

  1. 1

    Cut the chillies slit open and remove all the seeds. Mix Besan flour, rice flour, chilli powder, salt, water and asafoedita into a batter.
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Dip the chillies in the batter and deep fry.
