In flour add the suji,oil & salt.Add water & knead a dough.Initially the dough will look soft.Dont worry.Let it rest for 30mins

Make the filling- Dry roast the khaskhas till golden brown.Set aside in a bowl

Dry roast the suji too & transfer in the same bowl

Dry roast the desiccated coconut too till golden brown and transfer in the bowl.

Every thing shuld be roasted individually and till golden brown

Add the cardamom powder

Add the nuts & the raisins

Add the sugar

Make the karanjis-Take the dough and knead it well and make 6 to 8 peda

Roll each peda and stuff it with the stuffing.

Apply some water on the sides of the dough and seal the karanjis.Seal the edges

Fry the karnajis in medium hot oil till golden brown

Melt the chocolate and the butter and dip half the karanjis in the chocolate and again dip them in nut powder
