Ingredients

  • 5large potatoes
  • 1 tspsalt for boiling potatoes
  • 1/4 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 tbspmaize flour
  • 1/4 cupcorn starch
  • 1/5 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspcurry powder
  • Chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 tspchopped coriander
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes into wedges and clean properly then put it in a pot of 1.5 litres of water add 1 tsp salt and cook for 10 minutes on high

    Meanwhile in a bowl put all the other ingredients add water,make a thin(not very thin) paste and put aside

    Let the boiled potatoes cool then add to the mixture and fry immediately.have it with chilli or ketchup..ENJOY
