First, mix flour with salt and water to knead a medium-soft dough. Cover and set aside.

Now, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add ground chicken and mix, then add all the chopped vegetables.

Add salt, black pepper, and vinegar, and sauté well for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Make small balls from the dough and roll them into discs. Place 1 teaspoon of the cooled filling in the center. Shape into momos as desired.

Heat water in a steamer. Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes.

After cooling, brush each momo with a little butter and grill on a skewer over a charcoal grill or gas flame for 10 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle black pepper and serve with chili sauce.
