Ingredients

10_15 servings
  • 50 gmKarounde
  • 1-2chopped green chilli
  • to tasteBlack salt
  • 2 tspor to taste sugar
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder

Steps

5-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soaked Karounde in 2 cups of water for half an hour. Wash & clean in running water. Cut into two pieces & discard the all seeds.

    Take mixer jar add Karounde and combine all ingredients & 1 tbsp water. Mix well. Apply grinding process for 2 or more times until Karounde becomes in smooth paste. Pour the chutney in bowl. Serve tasty Karounda Chutney with snacks and meal.
