Ingredients

  • 1bunchPalak/ spinach
  • 100 gmsoaked chole/chickpeas
  • 2Greenchilli
  • 1 tbsplemonjuice
  • 1 tbspginger & green chilli paste
  • 1chopped onion
  • 7-8chopped garlic clove
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspcuminseeds
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch the palak.Than drop with ice water.Thanmake a paste of palak,greenchilli,salt&lemon juice.Heat a wok add 1 tbsp oil,add add 1 tsp cuminseeds,crackle,than add chopped garlic clove&stir it 1 mints.

    Add chopped onion cook nicely.Than add palak puree stir 1 mints,than add boiled chhole,mix it well.Add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste,lemonjuice&salt mix it well.cook 1 mints on cover.

    Palak chhole is ready to serve with roti,chapati,paratha or a side dish of boiled rice.
