Steps

Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan add in bhindi and saute.

Saute bhindi for 4-5 minutes.

Once done remove and keep aside.

In same pan heat 2tbsp oil add jeera and kalonji.

Add chopped onions and saute well.

Cover and cook until onions turn translucent in colour.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.

Add chopped tomatoes,salt to taste and saute.

Add haldi, red chilli,coriander,amchur powder and onion cubes.

Mix onion cubes and dry masalas well.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add sauted bhindi and mix well.

Add in yogurt, garam masala and mix well.Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the gas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
