For preps... Boil you meat and keep aside(cut the meat in large chunks).... Then peel potatoes and onions and keep aside to deep fry... Deep fry potatoes first then deep dry onions and keep aside

Now to start cooking.. I fry my tomatoes first... Until they are well cooked.. I then added the garlic and ginger, spices and salt.. And I love Chibundiro.. I must add that 😊

Then after that I add in my pre boiled meat and let it cook with that mix... Pls do not add water.. May be just a few drops to mix well.

Then add in your already deep fried potatoes.... And stir just a little bit... Then add your onions stir a little bit to mix.

Then add in tomato paste... Remember the potatoes are already well cooked so make sure your heat is moderate and also you don't mix too many times.

Then to the last step add your Mala.. I sugar it kidogo.. Did half a tea spoon just to avoid that bitter taste to my food... And let it to just boil kidogo.. And that's it

For the rice.. Boil normal way and just before its ready mix some food colour and draw just two lines.. Don't pour to the entire sufuria other wise all your rice ends up the same colour.... So once its well cooked and mixed then some mits will be orangish and others white.. So makes it attractive.
