Easy than I thought it would be
Steps
- 1
Finely chop the onions and coriander, put aside till mince cooked.
- 2
Cook mince in a flat pot, add in the ginger garlic paste, mix in well and cook on high.
- 3
Add in the finely chopped green chillies, with a wooden spoon stir/mix it in till all the water evaporates and oil seen by the sides of the pot.
- 4
Cook on medium heat for 10-15 mins, strain the mince, throw in the extra oil from the meat, this will make it dry for the samoosa filling. Put the mince back in a pot.
- 5
Add in the salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin and 4 tbsp lemon juice, Mix well.
- 6
Close the pot and Let the mince cook on slow heat for 10 minutes, add in the chopped onions and coriander, stir in the mince and cook for another 5minutes.
- 7
Turn the heat off, and let it completely cool off.
- 8
Mix the flour in some water to make a thick paste (This will act as glue in our samoosa pur)
