Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina /rawa
  • 3/4 cupcurd
  • 1 tspeno fruit salt
  • as per taste salt
  • as required oil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add suji and curd keep aside for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Then add little water and mix.Grease idli moulds.

  3. 3

    Mix salt then add eno and immediately transfer into moulds.

  4. 4

    Steam on high for 4 mins and it's done.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with sambhar or coconut chutney.
