Ingredients

  1. 4 pcsEggs
  2. 1 cupFlour
  3. 1 cupFlour
  4. 1 cup +4 tbspMilk
  5. A pinchSalt
  6. 1/2 cupMango puree
  7. 1/2 cupMango puree
  8. 2 tbspButter or oil
  9. 2 tbspSugar 2tsps
  10. 1/2 cupWhipped ceeam
  11. 1/2 cupWhipped ceeam
  12. 1 tspBaking powder
  13. 1 cupChopped mangoes

Cooking Instructions

    Crack eggs into a bowl & whisk. Add in milk, oil and mix well.

    Sift the flour.Add sugar,mango puree,baking powder and whisk till it's combined.Sprinkle salt.

    Whisk until all the lumps are gone.

    Pre-heat a flat griddle over medium-high heat.

  5. 5

    Scoop ¹/⁴ cup of pancake batter into griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping.

    Cook other side until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with Chocolate syrup.Garnish with whipped cream & chopped mangoes.
