Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa(suji)
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 cupwater
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 3-4Saffron threads
  6. 1/2 cupghee
  7. As neededChopped almonds, cashews for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry Roast suji for 5-10mins.

  2. 2

    Add ghee and cook for few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and water. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Gradually add milk+saffron and cook till it gets thick and and leaves the pan.

  5. 5

    Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
