I named this dish after my friend who shared the recipe with me. It's quick to make and tastes delicious.

Coat the monkfish slices in flour and beaten egg, then fry them in extra virgin olive oil. Once golden, remove from the pan and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic, onion, and parsley, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the flour, stir for a minute, then pour in the fish stock, white wine, and tomato sauce. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes.

After about 5 minutes, add some peeled shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the reserved monkfish and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
