For a healthy breakfast nutrition rich, natural, hi fiber, no refined sugar, no transfat, no preservative Granula when combined with tasty fruits like Rambutan, Mango, Apple & Banana makes a great start for the day.
Cooking Instructions

Peel Rambutan and remove seed and keep the flesh part alone. Slice the mango after peeling the skin.

Peel banana skin and cut into round slices. Wash and cut the Apple to slices. Assemble these in a bowl. Keep the granola on one side. Bowl is ready. As an option keep the fruits before adding the Granola, refrigerated and add Granola before you serve.

Another option - pour boiled and chilled milk over the bowl and enjoy. The sweetness of the fruits will do. If desired add honey to your taste.

I have been making granola for years now (actually I just noticed I shared a recipe here almost 10 years ago when I started 😊) and by now I think I have really mastered the best possible version in terms of taste and texture. Here is the recipe I usually stick to these days, although of course if you have other nuts or seeds or dried fruit you can just throw them in and mix and match until you create the taste that best suits you. I have put the measurements I more or less follow but again, you can add more or less of anything. I have been on a bit of a get fitter and healthier streak for the past year, and I know lots of people say you should stick to protein-heavy breakfasts at my age. But I believe in the power of listening to your body and getting maximum enjoyment from meals, and in the mornings mine says "Sweet and healthy please 😋", so I usually have a portion of this granola with kefir or yoghurt and some fresh seasonal fruit and that helps me to kick off the day with both high energy and great enjoyment. I went on a trip and fell in love with granola and yogurt parfaits. So, I began to buy non fat Greek yogurt along with store bought granola. I could not believe how much fat was in the granola, so I experimented with making my own. Although there might be a few more calories from the sugar, it is healthier because it is less fatty and made with all natural ingredients. However, if you are super health concise you can always replace both sugars with Stevia or Splenda. You can also put in chocolate chips, cranberries, or slivered almonds to give it your own personal flare! Enjoy! carissa.sweet.22
