Ingredients

  • 100grm lady's finger
  • 1potato
  • 1/4 cuppumpkin slices
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 2green chillies
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add cubed lady's finger and fry

  3. 3

    Once these are fried add potato and pumpkin slices

  4. 4

    Fry again and cover till it gets soft

  5. 5

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well and serve
