  1. 2Aloo
  2. 1 bowlMutter
  3. 2Tomato
  4. 2 tbsOil
  5. 1/2 tspMustard seed
  6. 1/2 tspJeera
  7. 1 tspLal mirch / red chilli powder
  8. 1 tspDhaniya / coriander powder
  9. pinchHaldi / turmeric powder
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 1/4 tspLahsun / garlic paste (optional)
  12. As requiredFresh Coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Cut aloo and tomato into pisces. Clean mutter & wash all vegetables. In a pressure cooker add oil then mustard seeds and cumin, Crackle them add hing / asafoetida, now add garlic paste, add aloo & mutter saute them and add regular masala at last.

    Then add tomatoes stir well & add some water, cover with lid and allow whistle till 2 to 3 times. After 3 whistles put off the flame, cool it down, open the lid & again heat it up and boil it for 1 minute more, add some more masala when the colour is very nice garnish with fresh coriander, serve hot with fulka, roti,puri and plain rice.
