Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1Chorizo sausage
  • 1large onion
  • 400 gtin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1chopped garlic clove
  • 125 mlred wine
  • 1 tbspcider vinegar
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Gently fry the onions until soft

    Add the garlic and paprika and continue stirring then add the chorizo. Fry and stir for about 3 minutes

    Add the tinned tomatoes and gently simmer for 20mins

    I served mine with roasted vegetables
