Heat your pot on the fire Add on boiling water.

I wash my white rice for tuwo and add to the boiling water, then cover the pot.

Low the heat a little bit, for the rice to be boiling gradually. For 30-35mins.

After that, you check if the rice is cooked well enough.

If the tuwon shinkafa is too watery, add a little bit semovita or garin masara and stir together.

Stir until smooth, not that too strong. Cover for about 10mins

Turn off the heat, and mold your tuwon shinkafa in a clean Santana leather.

Heat the palm oil, sprinkle some chopped onions, add pepper and onions tomato seasoning mix, and chilli pepper.

Add cooked cow leg continuously stir..

Add a little bit boiling water and add your Maggie and seasonings.

Wash the chopped Ugu and water leaf and strain in a basket.

Then add to the boiling mixture and allow to cook for about 10-15mins.

Turn off heat.

Done. My Ugu and water leaf soup is ready..
