Ingredients

  • 3mango grated
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspfennel seeds
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspwatermelon seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    First nicely,wash,peel and grate mangoes

  2. 2

    Add sugar and cook for 10 mins on low flame.till sugar cooks with mango

  3. 3

    Dry roast masala and keep aside

  4. 4

    Let the mixture change colour and thickens....

  5. 5

    Add all masalas and 2 tsp roasted masala

  6. 6

    Add watermelon seeds to garnish
