Bring water to a boil and add the pork spare ribs. Simmer until the ribs are tender.

Pound all the curry paste ingredients together until smooth.

Sauté the curry paste in vegetable oil until fragrant. Add the fermented soybean paste or miso and stir to combine.

Add the ground pork and cook until it is no longer pink.

Add the sautéed curry paste mixture to the pot with the pork ribs. Bring to a boil, add the soaked cotton tree flowers, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the pork is very tender.

Add the cubed boiled chicken blood and stir gently to combine.

Add the chopped tomatoes.

Continue to cook for about 5 minutes.
