Place your pot on fire add 5 cup of water then add your pam oil, crayfish, dry fish, locust and your grand pepper, onion, garlic, Maggi and salt then close an let it boil for 10mints, then you wash your rice and pour inside, turn it with turning stick to avoid burning an close to let it cook for 20mints then you open it and turn, don't close again, just keep turning it until the rice is soft and tick then you add your spinach, sorrel, curry leafs and mix well then you close it for for 5mints...
