Pill your potatoes, slice and wash with little salt... On a frying pan add your veg oil when it's hot add your slice potato then live to fry for 10mints...

On a frying pan add a little oil let it hot add ur slice onions, papper, Maggi and small salt fry for 2mints, then you add your beaten egg and mix...... 😋😋😋😋
