Palak Mushroom

Wash the mushroom in hot water and cut into the proper pieces and set aside.

Boiled the Palak with salt and green chilli atlist 10-15 min.

After boiling add ginger and blend the boiled Palak.

Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, red chilli whole, bay leaves and some spices like cardamom, clove, cinemon and saute till the fragrent.

Add Palak paste and saute. Add salt and sugar and saute.

Add all the masala and saute. Cover and cook it 5 min.

Then add mushrooms and mix it. Cover and cook it 6-7 min.

Then add little bit of water and again cover and cook atlist 5 min.

Add some fresh cream and serve hot with roti, bun, laccha paratha etc.
