Cut the liver in to thin slices,fry in oil

Take the liver of the pan,if oil is too much take the extra amount,re add liver,then chopped garlic,mix alittle,then add the thinly chopped paprika and cook together

When it's cooked add spices, take off the fire.

It is served with bread (as a sandwich),with salad,and tahini sauce (sesame paste)

Tahini sauce : crushed garlic,white vinegar,salt,lemon juice,mixed all together,with some cold water
