Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2finley diced onion
  • Large page of young spinach
  • 200 gyellow lentils
  • 1green chilli finley chopped
  • Tinchopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbspGraham masala
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • Bunchcoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Slowly soften the onion in a little oil

  2. 2

    When softened add the gram masala when aromatic

  3. 3

    Add the lentils coat in the onion spice mixture

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes water to cover and gentle simmer.

  5. 5

    When the lentils are cooked add the garlic and season. Then the spinach

  6. 6

    If you like nutmeg can be added as goes well. Chop coriander including stalks and your ready to go.
