Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchickpeas
  2. 2onions
  3. 8-10Green chillies
  4. 1handfull coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 inch inch cinnamon
  6. 3-4clove
  7. 1 inchginger
  8. 5-6garlic cloves
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. as neededOil
  11. Aa neededDil leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chickpea for 4 hours

  2. 2

    Grind half onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, clove, green chillies to a paste.

  3. 3

    Grind chickpeas coarsely. Add chopped onions and coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Add salt and mix well.

  5. 5

    Heat oil, make circular vada on palm or on a cotton cloth. Deep fry them in hot oil.

    Enjoy vada with tea.
