Ingredients

  • 1 cupchickpeas
  • 2onions
  • 8-10Green chillies
  • 1handfull coriander leaves
  • 1/2 inch inch cinnamon
  • 3-4clove
  • 1 inchginger
  • 5-6garlic cloves
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • Aa neededDil leaves (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpea for 4 hours

    Grind half onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, clove, green chillies to a paste.

    Grind chickpeas coarsely. Add chopped onions and coriander leaves.

    Add salt and mix well.

    Heat oil, make circular vada on palm or on a cotton cloth. Deep fry them in hot oil.

    Enjoy vada with tea.
