Boil the beans for 30 minutes first, since the maize are green and fresh, then add the maize and boil for another 30 minutes to become soft.

Then into a dry sufuria, fry the onions to brown, add the capsicum as you fry, now add the tomatoes and grated carrots,fry for 5 minutes, add the boiled maize and beans, leave it to cook as you stir to mix.

Now add the coconut milk and two teaspoonful curry powder, with a spoon salt. Cook for 5 minutes and serve. enjoy the dish.
