Paneer masala biryani

Heat ghee -butter in a non stick kadhai or pan. Add cumin seeds and crushed spices and saute few seconds

Add ginger garlic paste and saute 1min.

Add onion and green chilli and saute till onion turns translucent

Then add tomato puree and mix well,cover and cook till the fat separates

Add coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,and shahi biryani masala, mix and cook for 1-2min.

Add yogurt mix cover and cook till the fat separates then add salt to taste

Add some fried onion,some mint leaves,coriander leaves mix and cook for 1min.

Add paneer and cook for 2 to 3min.

Spread rice,remaining fried onion,mint leaves,coriander leaves and ghee in the top,

Add saffron milk,

Cover with aluminum foil cover the lid and cook on low flame for 10mins.
