Ingredients

  • Rice (parboiled)
  • Red bell pepper
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Tomato paste
  • Onions
  • Palm oil
  • Sumbala(daddawa)
  • Garlic,spices
  • Seasoning
  • Smoked fish,Crayfish (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat palm oil in a clean pot,add grinder pepper& scotch bonnet and stir fry for 2 mins.

  2. 2

    Add your tomato paste and cook.

  3. 3

    Add your grinded garlic,black pepper and ginger powder.

  4. 4

    Add your smoked and crayfish.

  5. 5

    Add water (moderate),add some salt,seasoning,sumbala and cook for 6 mins

  6. 6

    Add your parboiled rice &crayfish,stir well and cook for 10 mins (low heat).....enjoy.
