10 - 15 mins

125 mlPassata
106 mlTomato Puree
60 mlWater
60 mlWhite Wine Vinegar
55 mlHoney
Salt & Pepper

Mix all ingredients together.

Add to saucepan and heat on low for about 30 minutes.

Leave to cool then transfer to a sterile jar and refrigerate. (Add the salt and pepper near the end depending on taste)
