Ingredients

4 servings

100 gchickpea flour (besan)
100 gghee (clarified butter)
100 gsugar
300 mlwater
As requireddry fruits (almonds, cashew, walnut etc)

Steps

1

Take chickpea flour (besan) and ghee into frying pan. roast it till golden brown.

Add water and sugar and keep stirring to avoid lumps.

Cook until you get a fine consistency!

Add chopped dryfruits of your choice.
5

Serve it warm and garnish with dry fruits.
