Boil rajma in a pressure cooker with 2tbsp salt. And soak 1 cup rice

Garnish the rajma with coriander leaves and serve beautifully.

In the mean time, grind onion with chilli.

Add oil in pan. Fry till transparent.

Add tomatoes and fry till.oil separates from the curry.

Add 2 tbsp puree for colour and taste.

Add haldi, and chilli powder.

Add tadka in boiled rajma and give a good stir.

Get it boiled well.

Add garam masala and coriander powder in the dish and mix well and keep aside..

For jeera rice, Add oil in pan and add jeera.

On crackle, add rice with 2 cups of water.

Add salt to taste and garam masala for texture and taste.

Let it cook till water evaporates.

Keep it covered and let it sit for 10mints after switching off the flame.
