Heat oil in a deep frying pan with a lid

Fry onion together with green and red peppers, garlic and paprika until sautéed

Add diced tomatoes, using a wooden spoon nicely mix the ingredients

In half a cup of cold water dissolve two tablespoons of brown onion soup and add into the pan. Add a tablespoon spoon of sugar and stir.

Add salt and pepper to taste, simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally - then remove from heat.

In a separate pot placed the separated broccoli florets and add half a cup of water.

Bring to boil for two minutes, spoon it to the cooked soup without the water if there is any.

Add drained Koo peas in to the mixture and stir - then return the soup pot to the stove. Add ground black pepper and chopped cilantro.

Simmer for two minutes and serve with basmati rice
