Rice pudding (Kheer)

#technique1
This a regular and popular dish liked by many, and we make to offer deities in pooja and festival occasion.
I have used Govind bhog rice meant for preparing of Kheer in pressure cooker. It has a unique sweet smell and doesn't need Cardamom powder.
