Ingredients

  1. 200 gms masoor dal (orange)
  2. 3 tbspbesan
  3. 3 tbsposts
  4. 2onion
  5. 5-6green chillies
  6. 1 headgarlic
  7. 2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 tspamchur powder
  9. 2 tspchat masala
  10. 2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tbspsalt
  12. 200 gmsoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash and soak the dal for an hour.

    Grind dal along with green chillies ginger garlic and onion.

  3. 3

    Now mix all the dry spices oats and besan.

  4. 4

    Now take a kadhai and cook the mixture till it starts leaving sides and the mixture turns to a lump.
    Let it cool

    Now grease your palm and give desired shape and deep fry on medium flame till they are crispy and golden in colour

  6. 6

    Enjoy hot with green chutney.
