Ingredients

  1. As requiredOil for cooking
  2. 1 tspJeera / cumin
  3. 2Onion roughly chopped
  4. 2Tomato roughly chopped
  5. 1large capsicum chopped
  6. 1/2 cupCabbage chopped
  7. 1potato chopped
  8. 1carrot chopped
  9. 1/2 cupPeas
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspRed chilli
  12. 2-3 tbspPav bhaji masala
  13. 1 tbspLemon juice
  14. 1 tspGaram masala
  15. 2-3 tbspButter
  16. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker heat oil

  2. 2

    Add jeers / cumin

  3. 3

    Now add onion and cook

  4. 4

    Now garlic and cabbage, carrot

  5. 5

    Now add tomato chopped

  6. 6

    Now add rest veggies like peas, capsicum, potato

  7. 7

    Mix all well

  8. 8

    Now add spices like salt, chilli acc to taste

  9. 9

    Now add pav bhaji masala, garam masala snd lemon juice

  10. 10

    Cook on high flame for 2 mins

  11. 11

    Now add water and mix well

  12. 12

    Pressure cook for 2-3 whisltes

  13. 13

    When cooker comes at room temp. Open the lid

  14. 14

    Mash all the bhaji with blender or bhaji masher

  15. 15

    Serve hot with butter on top with pav
