Ingredients

  1. 2 packageskielbasa, sliced into coins
  2. 1 tablespoonmargarine or butter
  3. 6 clovesminced garlic
  4. 1 jaryour favorite chunky salsa (16 ounce)
  5. 1 canchicken broth
  6. 1 canblack beans (undrained)
  7. 2 1/2 tablespoonsTaco seasoning mix
  8. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 1 cupfrozen corn
  10. Sour cream for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Slice your kielbasa into coins and sauté in a large pot with your margarine or butter.....

    Sauté until kielbasa is slightly browned...

    Next add : minced garlic, chunky salsa, chicken broth,undrained black beans, taco seasoning and black pepper, boil for 1 minute.....

    Now add your frozen corn......Stir well....

    Continue to cook on low heat for 30 minutes, uncovered.....
