Cooking Instructions

Beat softened butter and icing sugar until white. Add maziena (cornflour) and oil. *Mix well. Add enough flour to make a soft dough.

Variations: #1 Add cocoa powder to make a chocolate flavour.

#2 Add in chopped almonds

#3 Add crushed corn flakes

#4 add in chopped mint crisp chocolate. (decorate with melted dark choc and grated mint crisp)

Roll on floured surface with plastic

Bake in oven at 180 for +- 12mins or till slightly pinkish colour
- 8
Decorate with melted chocolate
