Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a cupcake tin with 12 paddy pans

Combine the sugar, flour and almond meal in a large bowl and make a well in the centre, add the butter and eggs and mix until combined
- 3
Divide among the prepared pans and press 4-5 raspberries into each friand, sprinkle with flaked almonds
- 4
Cook for 15-20 or until golden brown and dust with icing sugar

So good! First time making them and they were moderately simple. Nice tart taste from the raspberries :) If you don't like a more bitter chocolate taste, substitute semi-sweet chips with milk chocolate chips. Another good idea is to dust with powdered sugar.
