Steamed Tilapia with Ginger and Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Rub the fish with lemon to remove mucus and fishy smell. Then scrape the scales and chevron. After that put the fish in the plate, pour soy sauce on over it. Add ginger, garlic and celery. Put into the steamer. Steam for 15-20 minutes or until cook.

For the side dish, rinse vegetables thoroughly, drain it. Put them on a plate. Bring to steam approx 10 minutes or until cooked.

Dipping sauce, put it all ingredients into a dipping bowl, stir to mix it. Now ready to serve.
