Cooking Instructions

Mix the butter and sugar well together until creamy

Beat in the eggs

Then add all the dry ingredients

Mix until the dough is stiff

Divide the mixture in half, put the other half in the freezer

Press one half firmly into the bottom of an oven pan

Then spread apricot jam over the dough in the pan

Take the other half of the dough out of the freezer and grate it over the apricot jam
- 9
Turn on the oven at 160 degrees

Then put in the oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes until nicely golden brown
