Mix all dry ingredients together first and then make a dough out of these dry ingredients using the liquid milk, ghee and soaked semolina.

Make 20-22 small balls using the dough. Deep fry the balls in medium to low heat until turn red brown.

Boil all the ingredients mentioned above for the sugar syrup.

Give a bath to the fried jamun into the luke warm syrup.

Finally garnish with some pistachio and saffron if you want.
