My children loves this recipe. I have been making this recipe since the past 30-40 years and it has never disappointed anyone. Every year right after Eid Ul Adha I prepare this Cold Meat with solid meat from the cow we sacrifice and it makes me happy to see the smile on my children's face when I start preparing this.

Mix all the ingredients and keep marinated for around 30-36 hours

Throw away the vinegar (all the liquid that you see)

Take a pan and fill with water. The amount of water should be such that it covers the beef
- 4
Add some salt, vinegar and lemon juice again according to your taste and boil on medium low heat till the water dries out completely

You can use this for sandwiches or fry it slightly on butter and serve with sauteed vegetables or you can have it as it is. Enjoy!!!
