রান্নার নির্দেশ

প্রথমে চিকেন ব্রেস্ট গুলোকে কিভাবে নিতে হবে

একটি হাঁড়িতে ৪-৫ টেবিল চামচ পানি দিতে হবে এবং চিকেন কিমা গুলো পানির মধ্যে রান্না করে নিতে হবে

পোলাও চাল গুলোকে হালকা টেলে নিতে হবে এবং বাদামি রং হয় আসলে গ্রাইন্ডারে গ্রাইন্ড করে নিতে হবে

একটি আলাদা বাটিতে সস তৈরি করে নিতে হবে। সস তৈরি করার জন্য ফিশ সস, সয়া সস, চিনি, লেবুর রস, চিলি ফ্লেক্স এবং গ্রাইন্ড করা পোলাও চাল মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে।

এর মধ্যে মাংসগুলো সিদ্ধ হয়ে আসলে চুলা টা নিভিয়ে দিতে হবে এবং সামান্য পরিমাণ পানি রেখে দিতে হবে যেন পানি পুরাটা শুকিয়ে না যায়। দরকার হলে ১-২ চা চামচ পানি এড করা যেতে পারে।

এবার কিমা গুলো হারিতে থাকা অবস্থাতেই কুচানো পেঁয়াজ, কাঁচা মরিচ এবং ধনিয়া পাতা মিশিয়ে নিন এবং সাথে করে সস টি ও মিশিয়ে দিন। প্রয়োজনবোধে আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী ঝাল টক লবণ কিংবা মিষ্টি এড করতে পারেন। ভালো করে মিক্স করে পরিবেশন করুন।
