1/2kg Prawn
3tbsp sliced onions
1/4cup oil
1tsp ginger paste
1tsp garlic paste
1tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
10green chillis
Salt to taste

In a pan heat the oil and add onions. Fry until golden brown

Add garlic and ginger paste. Mix well and add salt

Add Prawns. Cook for 2 mins

Add the rest of the spices. Cook for 5 mins

Add Kochur Loti. Cook for more 3-4 mins

Add 1 cup water and put the lid on.

Check every 3-5 minutes and mix them well until there is no water left. Done!
